We finally took the plunge and got a hot tub! We had a great experience with Steve and everyone at Glacier Spas! Steve is kind and courteous at answering all my questions as a newbie. We are greatly enjoying our new hot tub and looking forward to using it for years to come!

Steve was very attentive to our needs. Everything was handled promptly from the pad being installed to the hydro which was needed. It was excellent service from the time the spa was delivered, and he was there right away giving us a demonstration as to how it works and the products used. We have been able to contact him anytime with any questions we might have. After requesting the cover lifters, they were delivered and installed within a couple of days I love the spa more than I expected. A special thanks to Steve for going over and above what was expected.

We have had a wonderful experience with Glacier Spas from the beginning! We got our hot tub at the Toronto Boat Show in January. Since that first day they have been great with us. Very helpful and communicative. When we took delivery of our hot tub they worked with us to get it by a deadline we needed. Even after delivery Steve has answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly. He even texted us back at 9pm when we had silly little questions. A lot of companies will stop answering as soon as you take delivery- glacier has not been like that at all. The hot tub works amazing and we would recommend them to anyone looking to add a spa to their home! 10/10 product and service.

Glacier Spas storefront happened to be on the way to somewhere else we were going, so we stopped in just to take a look. We had the good fortune to have Steve show us around the showroom, and really give us an in-depth overview of his experience and understanding of spas, we came away from it way more knowledgeable about spas then the previous several places we went to look. The fact that there was absolutely no pressure from a sales standpoint, and we got the vibe that Steve really does care about informed potential clients more than just making a sale, Allowed us to take your time and consider a whole bunch of options, It really was an easy decision to come back to Glacier Spas Canada for our purchase. Everything leading up to the purchase was patient and helpful, even the planning for the delivery and placement, and the support after we had the unit up and running has been beyond impeccable, so we truly could not recommend checking out glacier spas enough. That’s just the customer service - the unit itself is also way beyond our expectations, from the straightforward operation to the obvious build quality and fantastic hydrotherapy experience - we can’t say enough about the unit - we are enjoying it more than we imagined - even having our morning coffee in the tub watching the sunrise. We are beyond happy with the unit and beyond happy with the experience overall with Glacier Spas Canada.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I felt it was necessary for me to take the time to comment on the amaking and outstanding support and service I received. I purchased my hot tub at the CNE this year. I was replacing my 20 year old tub. I met Steve Rinella and his knowledge was amazing. Even though I had previous knowledge, or so I thought, he explained how the hot tubs have changed and some tips and tricks. It didn’t take long for my wife and I to choose our tub and finalize our purchase with Steve. Fast forward to this Friday and the tub is being delivered. The guys were very experienced and professional. They removed my old tub and installed the new one with no issues or concerns. They were friendly and walked me through what I needed to do to have a successful startup. I had a couple of questions during the start up that were not in the manual such as how to initially unlock the display pad. There was also the initial test of the gfi circuit that had to be completed before the tub would initialize. All of this being done while the display was in French. Once these were completed, I was able to change the language to English. Steve responded immediately to all of my texts and advised me of the steps that were required. He called me to ensure everything was working and supported me through the process. This was all done in the evening on a Friday and Steve was still very positive and friendly. I am happy to say the hot tub is now working and looking forward to another 20+ years of fun times

Well i must say that this was the easiest and best service I got from any sales in a long time. Steve was very easy to understand, there was no guessing to be done he was straight forward and answered all questions day or nite and he aided in all aspects of the sale befor and after. I would also like to give a big kudos to the company he used to deliver the hot tub they were very fast and very professional. I would not hesitate to deal with Steve from Glacier Spa's again.
