It did take a while for us to originally receive our hot tub after ordering, but that was the case for the rest of the planet what with the acrylic and microchip shortage and port backups.
The tub was ordered (Glacier A90 Lounger Model) is freaking amazing. Jets up the wazoo. About twice as many as the model we were originally going to purchase from Costco for about the same price. I have to admit, I was skeptical when my wide said we should buy the hot tub from a Facebook Marketplace ad (where she discovered them), but after speaking for ages with the kindest and patient person (Mary) and with the help from Steve, we happily made the deal. We use it virtually every night.

It took a while to get our Executive Swim Spa due to COVID’s back log but Steve was always there when we followed up and provided updates. Once the swim spa was available for delivery Glacier Spa’s made the process go smooth and easy. We have always received an amazing customer service and support from the Glacier Spa Team after purchasing our own swim spa. We are stunned withe the product quality as well.

It took a while to get the Party Spa 12.5″, but it was well worth the wait. I was completely blown away after it was set up. This unit was better than I expected; the pictures do not do it justice. The delivery was handled by Glacier and the spa was craned over my house into the backyard.
It comfortably seats 8 people with two of the seats being loungers. It also has two river jets. The LED lighting is amazing at night.
There are a total of 118 jets and 5 pumps. Every seat feels great. I have owned a couple of different hot tubs in the past, but this one blows them out of the water!

Fantastic Hot Tub with Above and Beyond Service
We purchased the Atlantic series 8 foot hot tub in 2018. The hot tub has been outstanding all year around. The strong soothing jets are perfect and temperature modulation is excellent up to 104 in the winter and down to 80 plunge pool in the summer! Seating is super comfortable. We recently met the owner Ahmar who was very helpful with tips on maintenance and an immediate replacement of a head rest and jet- so reassuring after 4 years of use! I would highly recommend Glacier Spas.
